As the end of summer draws near and we move into a new season, join us for the next chapter of Colour of Pomegranates looking at home and what it means to us as well as our ideal summer parties or gatherings.
How do we celebrate? What's our perfect day for ourselves? Acts of courage from friends and family and what it means to celebrate tradition and home; how music, dance, food and different objects play a part in marking an occasion.
This month we mark the start of this season with Colour of Pomegranates Associate Artist, poet Jennifer Lee Tsai, who will lead a creative writing workshop around summer gatherings and parties.
Where would your ideal summer gathering or party be? Who would you invite? How would you celebrate? What would you bring to share? Together, we will chat and write about our ideal summer gathering or party and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air together in the garden (weather permitting) to gather inspiration!
