Info
International Shared Reading in Crosby Library is a chance to explore literature in its original language and translated into English.
So far we've read everything from Nepalese poetry to letters in Portuguese, discussing the context, history and culture around them. There's no pressure to read aloud, you can just listen and read along for a moment of pause.
Open to everyone, including local sactuary seeking and settled communities, those taking ESOL classes and anyone with English as an additional language.
Date & time
