Info
Loved and Lost Shared Reading Group is a space to explore poetry and prose together and help make sense of the thoughts and feelings around bereavement and grief.
Texts will be selected by the group leaders and shared by reading aloud on the day. There is no pressure to speak if you just wish to listen.
We will read things like Stone Trees by Jane Gardam, Strong Enough to Help by David Constantine, Grief by Matthew Dickman and Starlings in Winter by Mary Oliver among others.
Please note, this is not intended to be a therapeutic support group, so may not be suitable for those who have experienced a very recent bereavement.
