More information
Loved and Lost is a programme of creative activity exploring grief, how we talk about it and how to live well with it.
We will explore the myriad ways grief and loss can touch our lives and how we can live well after losing something or someone; through free art activities, get togethers, meals, reading together, touching upon loss, ritual, care, memorial and celebration.
Our first programme of work created gentle invitations to talk about grief and all its kinds, in all its forms, within our community. As the programme unfolds, we will explore different aspects of grief and loss, how different cultures explore grief and its rituals, and the myriad ways we can support each other as a community.
Contributors include our lead artist Jenny Gaskell, Afreena Islam, Chris Alton & Emily Simpson, Josh Coates, Erin Rowlands, Lowri Evans, Brendan Curtis, Laura Yates and Darcie Chazen with producer Debbie Chan. Library leads are Hannah, Emma and Sarah.
