Frances Disley led a series of workshops exploring ways to unwind and relax using guided visualisations. Inspired by mindfulness practices, participants designed their own relaxing meditations using a combination of the familiar and imagined. 

For Netherton Library she created a participatory dance workout with choreographer Mia Malone, which was performed weekly by library goers, gym users, keep-fitters and artists.  The resulting video work and installation was acquired by Arts Council’s Collection in 2019.
