There is a quiz that will lead you to the guided journey best suited for you. Playing about with meditation practices, the resources are designed to take you away for a bit and make practicing relaxation techniques more relatable and understandable. We recommend you take a little time to yourself, to go on your journey in the morning before you start your day, but you can access them whenever and wherever is good for you.
